The Islamic House has come a long way from when it was first purchased in 1979. In the 2000's it went through a major renovation taken up by the students of MSA-UW. Today, we are in the final phases of renovation with the house needing exterior and interior renovations. Insha’allah, phase four of construction will be the last phase that will take place on the house and the vision that was seen many decades ago for the house will finally be fulfilled and the house will continue to serve as a community center, safe haven and a place of worship and dissemination of knowledge.

Hamdard Center will be hosting it’s annual fundraising event on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 at the Rosemont Convention Center. The event will have as its Master of Ceremonies, ABC news Anchor Ravi Baichwal followed by a Live auction and a Cultural performance. Through the evening guests will also have an opportunity to peruse ...merchandise at an Ethnic Social Bazaar from miscellaneous artists. Net proceeds will benefit Hamdard Center’s ongoing programs to support the social needs of our community. Join the Board of Directors of the Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services to commemorate the 18th Annual Gala Event. Enjoy an evening of sumptuous Indo-Pakistani cuisine, Cultural Shows and a Live Auction. There will be a reception with hors d'oeuvres prior to dinner.
